The LWB Pulse is a "YES" on all Ballot referendums - VOte "yes" on March 10th! Here's WHY.
Vote "Yes" on 2. This "land lease" amendment will allow for proper public-private partnerships, and thanks to one of our City Commissioners this amendment clearly states that NO HOTELS or CONDOs will be built on our public beach. That means we can move forward without worrying about losing our access to this wonderful piece of public land, while also looking for an opportunity to rebuild the Casi
Vote "YES" on 3. This will allow for proper public-private partnerships that will foster much needed capital into our Annex building in town as well as our waterfront golf course which is in need of a serious overhaul. Remember our city has strict height and design requirements still in place so we won't turn into a big city. We will just be the best beach town we can be. Let's grow together!
Vote "YES" on 4. This is a no brainer. Lake Worth Beach has gone without a qualified City Manager for too long. Let's force the city's hand to start the much needed interview process for a seasoned professional to fill this very important position.
We are a "YES" on the above measures due to the reasons already stated. But we are also a "YES" because Lake Worth Beach has a tough financial outlook. With no property taxes going onto the state ballot in November, it makes our financials look even more troublesome. Without appropriate partnerships in the near future, our town will struggle. Please join us and VOTE YES!
